Introduction and Acceptance

Account Suspension and Closure

A player may request account closure after outstanding transactions and verification matters have been resolved. Closure does not remove obligations, liabilities or investigations that arose before the closure date.

mt777 may suspend, restrict or close an account where there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, security risk, incomplete verification, payment dispute, unlawful activity, responsible gambling concern or another legitimate operational reason. The scope and duration of any restriction will depend on the circumstances.

Where permitted and appropriate, a verified remaining balance will be returned after lawful deductions and unresolved matters have been completed. Funds connected to fraud, chargebacks or prohibited conduct may be withheld or adjusted as allowed by applicable rules.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
